Graduate Engineer – Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of key work packages across the NBN NSW N2P project
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
  • Participate in site inspections and toolbox meetings
  • Support construction planning and scheduling
  • Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring systems are updated and reconciled with construction progress
  • Coordinate traffic management and council approvals
  • Track project variations and completion artefacts
  • Engage in lessons learnt and innovation workshops

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or related discipline
  • 0–1 year of industry experience

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
