Now Hiring: Senior Developer – Fluent Commerce OMS

We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven expertise in Fluent Commerce OMS to support a large-scale digital commerce transformation.

In this high-impact role, you will design and deliver scalable solutions that modernise how orders, inventory, and fulfilment are managed. Fluent Commerce will be at the heart of this transformation, integrated with ERP, eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, AWS, and other enterprise systems.

This is more than a development role – you'll also help shape best practices and contribute to a growing internal capability in order management technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and implement robust, scalable solutions using Fluent Commerce OMS
  • Lead integrations with eCommerce, ERP, 3PL, and AWS-based platforms
  • Contribute to the internal growth of the Fluent Commerce practice, shaping tools and delivery methods
  • Align with client development standards and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • End-to-end experience delivering at least one Fluent Commerce OMS implementation
  • Deep knowledge of order management, orchestration, and retail commerce flows
  • Fluent Commerce workflows, rules engine, webhooks, and inventory config
  • API-based integrations and event-driven architectures
  • Microservices and cloud-native platforms (preferably AWS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and passion for building elegant technical solutions
