Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
Administer users, groups, and MFA in Azure AD
Perform onsite work: setups, troubleshooting, and small projects
Log all work in PSA (HaloPSA) and IT Glue
Apply updates, monitor systems, and support patching
Troubleshoot basic networking and VPN issues
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
Maintain clear and professional client communication

Skills & Experience

2–4 years in IT support, ideally MSP experience
Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, and Azure AD
Confident working independently onsite
Familiar with PSA/RMM tools (e.g. HaloPSA, NinjaOne)
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102)
Experience with Defender, Bitdefender, or similar tools
Exposure to PowerShell or automation platforms (e.g. ImmyBot)
Knowledge of backups, file migrations, or server basics
