Qualifications
- Strong contract management, vendor management, and procurement skills
- Experience in contract negotiation and risk management
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in contract management software
- Relevant certifications such as CPCM or CFCM
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
