The Position

We are looking for a highly capable and suitably qualified/experienced Business Manager to join our successful North West Finance and Insurance team. Working collaboratively with our vehicle sales consultants across our Devonport and Burnie sites, you will play an integral part in promoting and selling finance, insurance, and warranty products to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through the sale of finance and insurance products.
  • Work with sales staff and managers to drive performance and maximise income opportunities.
  • Engage with every customer to professionally present tailored finance options.
  • Prepare and submit finance applications, liaising with lenders for swift customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Report to senior management on finance department results and forecasts.
About You
  • Proven experience in a finance or sales role (dealership experience an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and target-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Professional presentation and outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Available to work a ten day fortnight, including every second Saturday (with a mid-week day off in lieu).
