We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join the Enverus team focused on RatedPower. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. Performance Objectives

  1. Provide product expertise and engineering insights to customers via email or conference calls.
  2. Optimize the designs of clients for better and more realistic results maximizing the value that the product delivers.
  3. Provide world-class training sessions to both current and potential clients.
  4. Be a team-player by mentoring fellow coworkers on best practices.
  5. Partner with the Sales team to boost RatedPower's expansion in Oceania & Japan and retain our current client base in the market.
  6. Attend industry events and collaborate with the Marketing team to generate content including webinars.
  7. Evaluate and improve client tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  8. When discovering new features, help ideate potential solutions & improvements alongside the Product team.
  9. When launching new features to production, assist the Quality Assurance team to ensure the product is working as expected.

Competitive Candidate Profile

  1. 1-2 years of experience with a degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field of expertise.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and written communication in Proficient English (C2).
  3. Interpersonal and written communication in Japanese very desirable.
  4. Knowledge in the design and development of solar PV plants.
  5. Master's degree in Solar/Renewable Energy highly desired.
  6. Knowledge of the Solar PV market.
  7. Work experience in solar PV.
  8. Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues.
  9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities.
  11. Strong work ethic, team player, and eagerness to learn.
  12. Sociable, curious, open minded and creative.
