OverviewAs a Speech Pathologist in our team you will help participants from age 6 to 65 across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.
Day-to-day You Will- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

We are committed to helping you grow as a clinician. The program starts with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.
- Support: Colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year\'s graduate cohort.
- Supervision: 1:1 supervision with a discipline-specific supervisor to support all areas of working with Better Rehab and your caseload.
- Ongoing Training: 6 months of induction, training and upskilling.
- Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
- Resources: Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources.

- Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the ability to flex off after client work.

We\'re after Speech Pathologists with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability who strive for improvement and are willing to speak up about it. You should have a passion for participant care and treat goals as personal missions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
