Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload.
  • Work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.
  • Gain exposure, skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.
  • With access to industry-renowned therapists, draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.
Graduate Program

Our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. The wrap-around support model and structured 6-month program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following:

  • Group sessions
  • Guest Speakers
  • Masterclasses
  • Supervision with experienced Senior Therapists
  • Mentoring & buddy opportunities

  • $6000 approx. per annum vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre)
  • $4000 dollars professional development per financial year – we invest in you
  • Resources supplied – Laptop, phone, iPad, assessment & therapy tools
  • Industry low billable targets to provide you with the time to learn, grow & foster connections
  • Strong focus on team connection with team activities and connection hubs
