Accounts Clerk - Assisted-Living Technology Industry

We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Accounts Clerk to join our team at Peak Care Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and Distribute Invoices: Accurately process and distribute customer and supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Aging Reports and Overdue Payments: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to ensure prompt payment.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of customer payments, supplier payments, and adjustments.
  • Billing Discrepancies and Disputes: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable: Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable is essential for this role.
  • Accounting Principles and Practices: A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is required.
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Business Central: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Business Central is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required to perform this role effectively.
