We are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician (Refrigeration or Electrical trade) to join our Mackay branch due to ongoing growth. This role offers autonomy, variety, and opportunities for professional development in technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform systems repair and maintenance, including preventative and routine tasks.
  • Commission, overhaul, fault-find, and service mechanical systems.
  • Maintain a range of equipment from package units to chillers and central plants.
  • Gain exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems.
  • Quote small works and manage site activities.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning is desirable.
  • In-house chiller training available, as we are YORK OEM.
  • Refrigeration or Electrical background with HVAC experience; dual trade apprenticeships available.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Current driver's Licence.
