Customer Delivery Driver – Illawarra Region (Shellharbour, Warilla, Warrawong & Wollongong)

Job Type: Guaranteed Hours | Weekly Pay

About The Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated Customer Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team, servicing the Illawarra region, including Shellharbour, Warilla, Warrawong, Wollongong, and surrounding suburbs. This is a great opportunity for someone based locally who's after a steady job with consistent hours in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely deliver groceries on time to customers across the Illawarra region
  • Load and organise orders with care and efficiency
  • Represent our business with friendly, professional service
  • Work a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends (penalty rates apply)

Requirements
  • Full NSW Driver's Licence
  • RSAT certification (or willingness to complete it)
  • Clear National Police Check
  • Good road awareness and a clean driving record
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reside in or near Shellharbour, Warilla, Warrawong, Wollongong, or surrounding Illawarra suburbs (preferred)
  • Delivery experience is a plus, but not required

You're dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to build a stable career in last-mile delivery. You communicate well, take pride in your work, and show up each day with a professional, can-do attitude. Whether you're an experienced driver or just starting out, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.84 – $59.11 per hour

  • Shift work
  • Weekend availability
