Our client is a well-established national provider of Occupational Rehabilitation services, working in tandem with their NDIS partner organisation. Together, they offer a role that gives you full control over your caseload split – whether your heart lies more in therapy or workplace rehab, you decide how your week looks.

This role is based in Penrith or Parramatta with the option to work in a hybrid capacity. If you're relocating, support is available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick your mix – split your time between occupational rehab and NDIS therapy based on your preference
• Manage a varied caseload including functional assessments, ADLs, and equipment prescription
• Design tailored therapy programs to meet individual goals
• Liaise with insurers, GPs, allied health teams, and support coordinators
• Attend case conferences and provide clear, practical reporting
• Be supported by dual supervisors across both rehab and NDIS streams

What You'll Need

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
• Background in either occupational rehab or NDIS therapy (or both)
• Driver's licence and access to your own vehicle (travel reimbursed)
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
• Great communicator with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a genuine commitment to person-centred care
