Overview

Christmas Casual Sales Assistant - Newcastle & Hunter Region

Join Seed Heritage as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant. This role focuses on creating a magical shopping experience for customers during the festive season.

Responsibilities
  • Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillment
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service

Role Details

Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November 2025 depending on store needs and candidate availability. Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. May be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
