About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our two Northern Suburb offices. This role requires strong leadership and administrative expertise, with key responsibilities spanning office management, human resources, marketing, compliance, and NDIS knowledge. You will manage a team of administration officers, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly while driving strategic goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support administration officers across both locations, ensuring high performance, job satisfaction, and professional development.
  • Office Management: Oversee office logistics, supplies, equipment, and maintenance to create a connected and nurturing work environment.
  • Work Assignment & Compliance: Assign work and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Human Resources: Lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
  • Compliance & NDIS Expertise: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and NDIS standards, contributing to service excellence and program development.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and financial activities, ensuring accountability and supporting organisational growth.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing our values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in office management, with a strong background in administration, HR, marketing, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in team management.
  • In-depth understanding of the NDIS framework.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
