About the Role

Our client is a global business communications provider, seeking a capable and motivated Project Manager to join their delivery team. The role involves managing infrastructure projects, including upgrades and transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will drive project outcomes, coordinate stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams. This position is ideal for someone with solid hands-on delivery experience, looking to expand their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and delivery of network and infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand environment and project needs.
  • Liaise with internal delivery teams and vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Engage with customers to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Coordinate tasks, manage dependencies, and monitor project progress.
  • Assist in status reporting, stakeholder updates, and issue escalation.
Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or similar roles within the Telecom industry.
  • Experience delivering networking, infrastructure, or cloud-based projects.
  • Exposure to technologies like Cisco ISE, AWS, or Azure.
  • Project certifications such as Prince2, APMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
