This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day (Dayshift only roster).Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

Leading our Service Crew team, you'll be the underground all-rounder working Dayshift only, keeping things running smoothly and safely. Reporting to theMining Shift Supervisor, your day-to-day will include:

• Assist in coordinating a team of service crew to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs in a variety of mining areas and infrastructure
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to less experienced team members to develop their skills
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, recommend solutions, and liaise with stakeholders
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant procedures

Safety is your middle name—you'll lead by example, spot hazards, and help eliminate risk-taking behaviours. You'll also keep an eye on environmental responsibilities around UG operations.

About you

You're not just experienced—you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference underground. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 18 months of service crew experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 3 years of underground mining experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Current manual C Class Driver's Licence
• Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Working at Heights certification
• Current Police Clearance

You're a team player with solid communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a knack for solving problems. You plan well, make confident decisions, and are always looking for ways to improve.
