On the Linfox Graduate Program, you'll help keep businesses running, economies thriving, and people connected. Here's what you can look forward to:

• Diverse Experience: Gain hands-on experience through 6-month rotations in diverse business units such as Retail, Consumer and Healthcare, Government and Defence, Resources and Industrial, and Intermodal. Each rotation will place you at a different site, giving you a holistic view of our business and showing how various units contribute to our overall success.
• Supply Chain Mastery: Develop practical knowledge of our entire supply chain network and build valuable professional networks.
• Support Systems: Learn from industry leaders with your own buddy, a peer support network, and a program manager.
• Working with Major Customers: Contribute to developing tailored solutions for some of Australia's most iconic brands.

• Education: Completed or due to complete your undergraduate degree in a Supply Chain and Logistics related discipline by the end of 2026.
• Residency: Australian citizen or permanent resident (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply.
• Passion: Excited about the opportunities in the logistics industry.
• Availability: Able to commence the program in February 2027.
