We're expanding the sales team to keep up with new leads and increase our ability to obtain new clients. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Salesperson to join us and help handle our leads and booked appointments.

A lot about you:

As a Social Media Salesperson (BDM), you will be a sales professional who has a solid understanding of Digital Marketing (Social Media) and is an expert at communication, objection handling and closing. You'll spend your time researching opportunities, pitching, nurturing and closing prospects, while taking care of the sales admin, proposals & welcome emails on successful sales. You'll be an expert in appointment setting with strong organisation to ensure calls are made when requested.

Cold, Warm, Hot:

We invest in our team and our business, and have lead generation campaigns running across Social, Google & Appointment Setters to fill your sales pipeline (averaging 5+ booked appointments per day).

We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of Social Media Marketing and a wealth of sales experience, who's not afraid to roll their sleeves up and generate new opportunities when required and sees each new contact as a potential client and who wants the best for us, themself and everyone they speak to.

What will your day look like?

  • Following Up Leads, Scheduling & Completing Discovery Calls, Booking Presentations, Pitching and Closing.
  • Identifying & approaching new sales opportunities.
  • Training & Upskilling, Attending Meetings & Working toward KPIs.
  • Regular analysis and feedback on performance.

We would love you to have:

  • 2-4+ years Digital Marketing Sales experience.
  • Experience with Social Media Management preferable.
  • Understanding of GoHighLevel or similar CRM Software.
  • Established organisation skills that are adaptable to a new work environment. Must be fast, accurate, organised and possess an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
  • General understanding of Organic Social Media Marketing.
  • Great visual presentation.
  • Show initiative, be proactive and be a team player.

We're located directly across from Albert Park Lake, close to public transport and there's $14 / day car parking directly across the road.

We work Tuesdays and Thursdays from home and come in Fridays to wrap up the week and have a few drinks before the weekend.

We offer a generous commission structure on top of an attractive base salary of $80k-$100k with a realistic first year OTE of $225k+.
