A$800.00/daily - A$900.00/daily

Location and Schedule
  • Melbourne-based hybrid role
  • Two to three days in-office per week
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer for a 6-month contract with a government client. You will design, develop, and implement CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and customizing CRM workflows, plugins, reports, and integrations
  • Managing CRM integrations and data migrations
  • Monitoring performance and resolving technical issues
  • Providing user support and documentation
  • Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders for CRM enhancements
Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience as a CRM Developer (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with APIs, data integration, and system optimization
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • CRM certifications and Agile experience are highly regarded
  • Proficiency in CRM development tools (Apex, .NET, JavaScript, SQL)
