The Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst /Business Process Consultant / Business Process consultant from a large consultancy background. You will be required to join their team and play a pivotal role in improving and automating business processes within the marketing department. As a key member of the team, you will conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimise workflows. The insights you uncover will directly influence the future of their business operations and marketing strategies, helping them continue to lead the way in providing exceptional healthcare services to our customers.

You:

You are a detail-oriented and highly skilled Business Analyst with a large consultancy background and proven experience in business process improvement. You thrive in environments where your ability to analyse data, understand complex processes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders is valued. Your experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile will allow you to evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative solutions. You're passionate about driving change and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance business performance.
