Service Concierge

• Greet service guests warmly and assist with check-in alongside our Service Advisors
• Manage and monitor the dealership traffic flow, ensuring safe and efficient parking
• Drive and park customer vehicles with the utmost care and attention
• Label, stage, and move vehicles in collaboration with the Workshop Controller
• Return serviced vehicles to designated customer collection areas
• Support the service team in maximising workshop efficiency and technician productivity
• Keep service drive areas clean, clear, and well-organised

• Experience working in a role that requires a high level of customer service
• Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
• Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
• Accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Current manual driver's licence
• Clear communication and good organisation skills
