The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead the sourcing, research, and negotiation of new residential development opportunities across Southeast Queensland, with occasional support for interstate projects.

This is a critical role within our business, with responsibility for driving acquisitions that align with corporate targets, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth and diversification of Cedar Woods' portfolio.

About You

You are a commercially astute property professional with a strong track record in acquisitions and stakeholder negotiation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, valuations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in acquisitions, development management, valuations, or agency (residential focus).
  • Demonstrated experience in feasibility modelling (Estate Master, Argus Developer or similar).
  • Proven success in land acquisition and direct negotiation with landowners.

  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-focused.
  • Collaborative team player with sound business acumen.
