A day in the role of a Support Worker is about making a difference. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals across age groups with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- A willingness and ability to drive outside of Wagga, including to other towns, is mandatory for this role.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
- Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
- Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded but not essential
