The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Assistant Managers for our Belconnen store in Canberra. You'll be an inspirational leader with enthusiasm for our brand and a strong belief in our business approach. With retail expertise in beauty, you will drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence, achieve strong sales results, and provide an engaging customer experience.

Your Role In a Nutshell

Assistant Manager: Sharing responsibility with the Store Manager, you will motivate the team to achieve retail excellence and sales targets, demonstrating enthusiasm and belief in our brand.

Current Salaries Based On Store Grading
  • Assistant Manager Westfield Belconnen: $57,500

(Please note salaries are under review with projected increases from July 2025)

Key Duties Of An Assistant Manager
  • Customer Experience: Coach the team to deliver exceptional service, oversee store operations, and foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
  • Delivery: Utilize beauty retail expertise, learn and analyze performance data, manage sales targets, and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Teamwork and People Management: Be a team player, assist in resolving issues, and attract, develop, and retain talent reflecting the brand's values.
