Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator? We have an opportunity to join our family-owned business that has provided care and education for children aged birth to 12 years since 1994. With over 350 Educators across the Hunter, Maitland, Newcastle, and Port Stephens regions, we deliver high-quality services that promote safety, wellbeing and inclusion for all children in our community.

We currently have positions available at our Cooranbong centre for Diploma qualified educators.

Competitive Remuneration: As a Diploma, you will receive an above-award wage of $39.80 per hour.

Tillys Maintenance Team - Our spaces are safe and functional. The Maintenance Team ensures centres are aesthetically pleasing and operational for learning and play. Daily cleaners are also employed at each centre to uphold a clean and safe environment.

To be considered, you must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards a Diploma or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification. You should have a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates. Your passion for Early Years learning should align with Tillys values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
