How You'll Shine

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage outlets, including recruitment, training of all new and existing staff, rostering staff, and managing floor staff during functions. Responsibilities include:

  1. Opening and closing the restaurant
  2. Setting up front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) for daily trade
  3. Providing customer service and operating the POS system
  4. Preparing hot and cold food
  5. Leading a team of staff and coordinating breaks
  6. Monitoring staff performance and ensuring quality in product and service
  7. Completing all preparation, cleaning, and maintenance schedules daily
  8. Cleaning and closing the store, including sales reconciliation and banking
  9. Performing duties related to functions, special events, and F&B services, including owner and guest service
  10. Managing restaurant operations, bar, events, and meetings
What You'll Bring
  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  3. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  4. Ability to motivate, inspire, train, and coach employees
