In your role as an Assistant Educator, you will contribute to a caring, collaborative team that supports every child's development.

Responsibilities
  • You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
  • Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
  • Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
  • Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
Qualifications
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
  • Full availability to work 5 days, Monday to Friday across all shift patterns
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
