We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our talent acquisition team as an administrative assistant. This part-time role involves providing support to a dynamic team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process across key business units.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and organise workload. They will also be proficient in Google Platform tools such as Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail, or able to learn quickly.

  • Taking responsibility for the recruitment email inbox, responding to enquiries and distributing tasks to relevant team members
  • Recording expenditure, approving payments, and registering them into our system
  • Updating recruitment tracker metrics to provide exceptional service to our stakeholders
  • Sharing details on new requisitions raised with appropriate stakeholders
  • Performing general administrative duties as required
Key Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • High attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google Platform tools, or ability to learn quickly
