Are you an experienced and professional Executive Assistant seeking a new role in the Justice sector? We are looking for a person to provide high-level executive support as Judge's Associate to a Wellington High Court Judge. This role involves working directly with the Judge daily, including tasks such as formatting judgments, managing case work, diary management, and traveling with the Judge on circuit to other courts.

Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience

• Extensive experience supporting executives within court systems or legal firms.
• Proficiency in office procedures, business processes, and database management.
• Advanced IT skills across various applications and ability to adapt to new technology trends.
• Typing speed of at least 80 wpm with high accuracy and presentation standards.

Availability for domestic travel may be required.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The salary range is $66,066 - $90,008. The starting salary will be between $66,066 and $84,567, depending on skill and experience.
