As a Senior Application Engineer, you will play a strategic role in leading pre-sales engagements and shaping digital transformation solutions across key domains including Digital R&D, Digital Marketing, Smart Supply Chain, and Smart Manufacturing. You will be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with clients to assess complex business needs and technical requirements
• Leading solution mapping and architecture discussions, translating requirements into fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
• Preparing and delivering high-impact technical proposals, presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC) to stakeholders at various levels.
• Advising internal teams and clients on solution feasibility, integration approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Acting as the key technical liaison between pre-sales, delivery, and product teams, ensuring end-to-end alignment.
• Mentoring junior engineers, contributing to capability development across the team
• Collaborating with the Company product and deployment teams, as well as external technology partners, to enhance regional solution offerings.
• Staying ahead of emerging digital technologies and Industry 4.0 trends and actively incorporating relevant innovations into proposals and solutions.

Job Requirements: -

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related field), with strong academic performance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation.
• Proven track record in pre-sales engagements, including leading discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal delivery.
• Deep understanding of both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, MOM, APS, MES, WMS, QMS, EAM, EMS, and related smart manufacturing solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• A consultative, client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value through tailored solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams on regional or global digital projects.
• Proficiency in basic programming and data handling (e.g., Python, SQL, PLC, Java); advanced skills are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and consulting frameworks for solution scoping and delivery.
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning, especially in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
