About the RoleThis is an Executive Assistant role that supports the Group CEO and Group CFO of KMD Brands. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring our most senior executives are supported to lead effectively in a fast-moving, publicly listed retail group.
Key Responsibilities:- High-level administrative support to the Group CEO and Group CFO
- Executive stakeholder management, office oversight, and orchestration of board and investor-facing meetings
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Mastery of calendar, email, and travel coordination
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
You're an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator with a history of working in complex, corporate settings. You thrive in a role where you're trusted to manage competing demands, maintain confidentiality, and engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
