Senior Client Services Manager - Technology & Transformation || Australia ||

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed 'Head of Product' to join an exciting, market-leading and rapidly growing organisation, to lead the development and transformation across multiple product offerings.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on defining the future of the organisation's digital-first product experiences across a customer base of over 2 million Australians.

What you'll lead

  • Creation and execution of product strategy & roadmap
  • Launch and ownership of a new platform with strong cross-sell pathways across the organisation's ecosystem
  • Delivery of seamless, AI-enabled digital customer journeys that drive adoption and engagement
  • Design new offers to convert a large and untapped customer base into active customers
  • Collaborating with marketing to launch and promote products effectively
  • Embedding a customer feedback loop to inform continuous product innovation

What you'll need

  • A strong and extensive background in product management, ideally in a digital-first or mobile-first environment
  • Proven ability to deliver highly engaging customer experiences
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A strategic, analytical thinker who can juggle multiple priorities and influence cross-functional delivery
  • A passion for building products people love and actually use
