Join our dedicated team at Estia Health Kangaroo Flat, located in the heart of regional Victoria, just outside of Bendigo. We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Personal Care Worker – Well-being to work Permanent Part Time every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 7pm in our specialised Dementia Wing.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll provide personal care and emotional support while helping residents feel safe, valued, and connected. You'll also deliver engaging, meaningful, and fun activities tailored to the individual interests of our residents, supporting their well-being and helping them have their best day, every day.

You will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Individual support as a minimum qualification,in addition to:

• A genuine passion for lifestyle programs and working in a dementia care environment
• The energy and enthusiasm to enrich the lives of older Australians in a fun, dynamic and varied role
• A warm, welcoming approach and a desire to be part of a collaborative team in a growing sector
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A passion for building genuine relationships and supporting residents to engage and enjoy daily life
• A Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (highly regarded)
