What role will you play?

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our Non-Financial Risk Strategy and Insights team. You will be integral in enhancing operational risk management through technology and analytics, leveraging industry-leading AI capabilities. As part of an agile team of risk management professionals, you will provide deep expertise in delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across personal banking, business banking, and wealth management.

What you offer


• A strong understanding of processing and analysing diverse data sources to extract actionable insights and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, ideally using storytelling visualisations.


• Comprehensive understanding of risk management and control frameworks.


• Natural curiosity, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to identify and report opportunities.


• Experience in preparing management reports, with the ability to synthesise data to support arguments.


• Previous experience in data analytics or BA roles is ideal; exposure to relevant technologies (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx) is advantageous.
