About the role:

We are looking for a Clinic Administration Coordinator to join our Urgent Care Clinic Team. The Clinic Administration Coordinator is an integral part of the clinic team, working closely and collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and senior clinic team. The overall purpose of the role is to provide efficient, effective and responsive administration services, ensuring delivery of exceptional services to our clients and the clinic team.

Team Description:

  • The clinic administration coordinator supervises the support team, consisting of
    Medical Receptionists and Aboriginal Liaison Officer and reports to the Clinic Manager.
  • The role is part of a broader, multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, registered nurses, Aboriginal health practitioners, psychologists, social workers, care coordinators and allied health practitioners, all aiming to provide responsive, quality comprehensive primary health care.
