Document Controller - Roads

Contract Duration: 14 weeks (initial)

The Role:

We are currently searching for an experienced Document Controller to work on a transport civil project within QLD. This role will play a key part in managing highways and roads projects in QLD, working closely with the QLD Civil Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage document control systems and software.
  2. Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of project documentation.
  3. Collaborate with civil / structural project teams.
  4. Organize and maintain project documents.
  5. Monitor document workflow.
  6. Ensure timely retrieval and delivery of documents to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Document Control.
  2. Background in Construction and / or Engineering.
  3. Experience liaising with engineers and internal staff.
  4. Experience working in a project team.
