What the day will look like

Growth and Sales
  1. Generate profitable sales for all lines.
  2. Develop and execute a defined sales strategy.
  3. Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the Large Market.
  4. Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the Account Management Teams.
  5. Develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients' needs.
  6. Lead and manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant expertise.
  7. Drive cross-selling and up-selling activities in the Large Market, including where appropriate the introduction of Aon United colleagues/services.
Operational Excellence
  1. Follow the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect.
  2. Contribute, as required, to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums.
Leadership
  1. Build trusted relationships with the leadership of Growth and DAU Leader that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
  2. Collaboration of Human Capital Consultancy and Corporate Risks Solutions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  1. Native Fluent Mandarin and English.
  2. Consultative Risk Management.
  3. Experience in State Owned Enterprises and Complex Clients.
