What you'll do:

• Give clients advice they can actually use (no Latin required).
• Take ownership of serious disputes—corporate, commercial, and everything in between.
• Craft bespoke strategies—cookie-cutters belong in the kitchen, not our legal work.
• Work solo when you want, team up when you need—you'll have autonomy with support behind you.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers that last longer than your average litigation.
• Show up to court, negotiate hard, and be part of the real action—not just back-end briefs.
• Be part of a firm that shares the whole picture: every week, the entire team gets real insight into how the business is tracking—performance, targets, goals, challenges, and wins. No mystery meetings, no management-only numbers. We're in this together, and we act like it.

Who you are:

• You're admitted in Queensland and hold a current practising certificate.
• You've got 4+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and know how to carry a file.
• You're strategic, steady under pressure, and know that legal advice is only valuable if it's clear and actionable.
• You know when to lead, when to collaborate, and when to throw in the right joke at the right time.
• You're not here to posture—you're here to win cases, grow your career, and be part of something worth building.
