To enhance showroom and product displays, we are seeking a Retail Team Leader to manage planograms and ensure presentation is of a high standard.

About The Role

This role demonstrates emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing knowledge with the team.

Key Expectations
  • Maintain a safety culture to ensure your safety, teammates' safety and customers' safety
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
  • Multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager
  • Possess a valid driver's licence to assist with deliveries
  • Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products
