How You\'ll Create Impact- Partner with boards and C-suite executives to define AI vision and digital transformation strategies for major Australian enterprises
- Develop comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps, from use case identification and prioritisation to business case development
- Lead value mapping and realisation initiatives to ensure measurable ROI from AI investment
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end transformation journeys, from strategy definition to scaled implementation
- Conduct executive discovery sessions to translate business ambition into actionable technical requirements
- Design, develop and implement AI models and analytical solutions using best-practice methodologies
- Delivery Excellence: You\'ve successfully delivered AI solutions that solve complex business problems. You excel at translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing models that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborative Leadership: You thrive in cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively with data engineers, product managers, and other specialists. Your ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions drives consensus and ensures successful solution adoption.
- Client Partnership: You build trusted relationships by deeply understanding client needs and consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. Your communication skills enable you to present technical concepts as compelling business insights that influence decision-making.
- 3-5 years of experience in AI solution delivery, data science or analytics within large consulting organisation
- Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives on AI strategy
- Track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations for major organisations
- Experience working in client-facing environments and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong capability in translating between technical complexity and business impact
- Experience in value realisation, business case development, and benefits tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
