Senior Project Engineer - Subsea Installation, Decommissioning, IRM, and Renewables Sectors

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Pareto Securities AS and help deliver high-quality engineering solutions in subsea installation, decommissioning, IRM, and renewables sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Engineering and Technical Delivery: Engineering and technical delivery of subsea work scopes for tenders and projects.
  • Innovative Solutions: Working with internal departments and subcontractors, develop methods and propose innovative solutions to support optimised operations with clear limitations and safe operating parameters.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to procurement, HSEQ and operations on tenders and projects.
  • Capability Development: Play a key role in contributing to our continuous improvement and development of our engineering capability in both oil and gas and renewables.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in IRM, Decommissioning, Renewables and/or other relevant subsea ROV construction projects.
  • Qualifications: BSc or higher graduation in a relevant Engineering course.
  • Leadership Skills: Good leadership skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Be an analytical thinker capable of solving complex problems with a knowledge of engineering standards and legislation.
