About The Role

As an endota spa therapist, you'll have a varied role with comprehensive training for a wide range of specialised endota spa treatments. You'll work one-on-one with clients, addressing wellness and skin concerns, alleviating stress, and helping clients become their best selves. You'll learn to perform our soothing stone and relaxation massage, body scrubs, organic facial sequences, full spa packages, and advanced facials. You'll also be equipped to prescribe professional homecare recommendations and educate clients on their wellness journey.

Hours: approximately 20–25 hours per week initially, including Saturdays and Wednesday/Thursday evenings. We are ideally looking for someone who can progress to a Full Time Permanent position in time and has ambitions to advance within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of spa treatments as part of the endota spa offering (massage, facials, body scrubs, etc.).
  • Conduct consultations with clients to address wellness and skin concerns.
  • Educate clients on homecare routines and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and client comfort.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer care.
Qualifications
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
  • Ideally four years of experience in the spa industry.
  • Impeccable customer service standards and a professional, energetic approach.
