Expression of Interest – Civil Construction

Laing O'Rourke is inviting expressions of interest from skilled and experienced individuals seeking future opportunities in civil construction. As a recognised leader in delivering major infrastructure projects across Australia, we are always looking to grow our workforce talent pool in preparation for future works.

We welcome submissions from candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Plant and machinery operation (e.g. excavators, rollers, loaders, etc.)
  • Civil labouring and groundwork
  • Rigging and lifting operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant qualifications and licenses (e.g. white card, high risk work licenses, plant tickets)
  • Previous experience on large-scale civil infrastructure or construction sites.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work across various project locations and rosters.
