Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The purpose of the role consists of three main areas: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, supporting our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising, and other activities, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable consumer experience. They serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering consumer perceptions to inform broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

  • Living and embodying the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand professionally in interactions with consumers and customers. Growing our user base by encouraging positive trial and awareness through sampling and engaging students with the brand.
  • Building relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible on and around campus. Collaborating closely with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage RedBull assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
  • Paying attention to detail to deliver excellent execution. Sharing ideas, collaborating with the team both in person and online, planning activities, and reporting insights, trends, and opportunities in a timely manner.

Qualifications include being naturally organized, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and in a team, holding a valid driver's license, and being proficient in English. Travel is expected to be between 0-10%.

As a Student Marketeer, you will develop and execute marketing plans to promote the RedBull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.
