Job & Client Summary

Join an established and growing Australian third-party logistics company with global operations. Manage and maintain a productive warehousing team in the Sydney warehouse while remaining hands-on with warehousing operations.

  • Permanent Full-time position.
  • Work in a proper warehouse environment with established SOPs and guidelines.
  • Competitive salary ($75,000 – $100,000 + super) and career growth opportunities

Job Description

  • Manage the warehouse team and ensure WHS standards are met.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Utilize the warehouse's ERP system to ensure stock and inventory levels are documented.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and optimize space utilization.

Ideal Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Valid forklift license (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ability to lead a team and enforce safety standards.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software or ERP systems.
  • Physical capability to handle warehouse duties as needed.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
