Employment detailsEmployment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Location: Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, Buderim - QLD
Remuneration: $37.44 /hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee discounts
What You'll Do- Administer medications within your scope of practice
- Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans
- Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
- Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting for each resident
a passion for elder care and be a strong advocate for providing customer focused clinical care inclusive of:
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 – EN)
- Experience in aged care or residential care settings (highly regarded)
- Understanding of person-centred care principles
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
