Receptionist

A highly social and engaging role that ensures a warm welcome for clients and visitors to our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate staff member or consultant.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and perform administrative tasks such as mail handling, ordering supplies, and banking.
  • Coordinate travel brochures, type itineraries, and letters, as well as make simple bookings to support senior staff.
  • Maintain stationery supplies and follow up with maintenance personnel on small tasks.
Key Requirements:
  • Presentation and communication skills: A receptionist must present themselves in a professional manner and have clear and understandable speech.
  • Awareness of office activities: They need to be aware of what's happening around them and direct clients accordingly.
  • Initiative and organization: Taking accurate messages is crucial, and they should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
