Job Title:

Automotive Technician

The Role:

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of vehicles, from logging them in to identifying any damages, preparation for vehicles, and preparing road test reports for auction presentation.

You will handle parts fitting, parts decommissioning, helping maintain the yard, manage inventory, and assist the operations team as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Fit parts onto vehicles according to specifications and guidelines.
  • Decommissioning of parts from the vehicles.
  • Preparation of road test reports for auction presentation.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organising parts inventory.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
  • Certification in light vehicle mechanics or equivalent (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of automotive parts and equipment
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
