Are you a senior marketing leader ready to make a global impact—balancing operational excellence with strategic innovation?

Our client is a purpose-led global business with a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. They operate at scale across education, staffing, and technology-enabled services, supporting customers who make a meaningful difference every day.

We're seeking an exceptional marketing leader for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This newly defined role offers the opportunity to lead a capable team through a period of transformation—ensuring continuity in existing markets while laying the foundations for the next stage of global growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Domestic Marketing Execution (70%): Ensure the delivery of high-performing, high-impact marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Maintain recruitment marketing momentum and team stability.
  • Set Global Strategic Direction (30%): Shape a future-fit marketing function, embedding a product-led, customer-first, data-informed mindset.
  • Uplift Lifecycle Marketing: Introduce structured lifecycle and segmentation strategies to boost attraction, conversion, and retention.
  • Drive Commercial Outcomes: Pilot scalable marketing initiatives with measurable impact on revenue and cost of acquisition.
  • Build for the Future: Review current systems and structures; recommend changes to enable global scalability and marketing automation maturity.
  • Coach a Talented Team: Inspire and support a high-performing team, nurturing confidence in multi-brand, multi-region delivery.

About You:

  • Proven senior marketing leadership experience in recruitment, SaaS, education, or marketplace environments.
  • Skilled in lifecycle marketing, performance tracking, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Strategic yet hands-on; able to influence executives while executing with precision.
  • Confident leading teams through change with empathy, commercial savvy, and clear communication.
