As the Senior Manager Innovation you will improve operational efficiency through innovative solutions and technology enhancements, increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the long-term innovation vision and strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, improving guest experiences, and ensuring competitive differentiation in the market.
  • Develop a roadmap for innovation initiatives, detailing project timelines, resources, and expected outcomes. Ensure that the roadmap addresses both short-term needs and long-term growth objectives.
  • Build a strong relationship with the client to align our goals, and explore immersive experiences that surprise and delight guests across multiple functions.
  • Work closely with external vendors and service providers to negotiate terms, secure competitive pricing, and ensure smooth integration of external solutions.
  • Support operational teams with training and implementation of new systems and tech solutions.
  • Identify emerging trends and new technologies to introduce solutions that create personalized and immersive guest experiences such as AI, IoT, and mobile solutions.
About You
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on innovation, technology integration, or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing innovation or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the latest hospitality trends, guest preferences, and technological advancements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative and forward-thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for new services or improvements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey innovative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and agile project management methodologies is a plus.
